Description	:	BRIAN KEITH PODUSKA, age 48, of Roswell, Georgia formerly of Logan, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at his home. Brian was born November 1, 1962 in Rosemont, Illinois to Richard and Harriette (Kessling) Poduska. Brian graduated from the Logan High School with the class of 1981. He served in the Navy. Brian had worked for Lockheed Martin Aircraft as an avionics technician. Brian enjoyed relaxing by playing his guitar, watching Formula One Racing, fishing and traveling with his wife and on job assignments. Read More	BRIAN KEITH PODUSKA, age 48, of Roswell, Georgia formerly of Logan, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at his home. Brian was born November 1, 1962 in Rosemont, Illinois to Richard and Harriette (Kessling) Poduska. Brian graduated from the Logan High School with the class of 1981. He served in the Navy. Brian had worked for Lockheed Martin Aircraft as an avionics technician. Brian enjoyed relaxing by playing his guitar, watching Formula One Racing, fishing and traveling with his wife and on job assignments. Brian will be dearly missed by his family and friends, for his willingness to lend a helping hand and his winning smile. Survivors include his wife: Robin Hoban Poduska of Roswell, Georgia; sons: Richard of Peculiar, Missouri; Dustin of Idaho Falls, Idaho; daughter: Sara Smith and husband Ian of San Diego, California; parents: Richard and Harriette Poduska of Kimberling City, Missouri; brother: Daryl and wife Dina of Houston, Texas; grandmother: Helen Kessling of Kimberling City, Missouri; grandchildren: Destiny and Daron Poduska, infant Colin Smith; nephew: Jackson Poduska and many other relatives. Brian was preceded in death by his brother Dean, paternal grandparents, maternal father and two uncles. A Prayer Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday with family visitation to follow until 8:00 p.m. at the Logan Memorial Chapel in Logan, Iowa. The family would like to invite everyone to a time of lunch and fellowship at the the church following the committal service at the cemetery. Military Honors will be conducted by the VFW Post 6256 and O'Hara Seeley Post. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Logan Swimming Pool.
