On Saturday morning, Burl Delorn followed his sister in death. He was born February 25, 1908 in Holyoke, Colorado and died at his home in Holyoke, May 19, 1917, age 9 years, 2 months and 18 days. They leave their mother, 4 brothers and 2 sisters to mourn their departure. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon from the Baptist church where the two had attended Sunday School. Rev. J. Walter Field preaching the sermon to a large audience of sympathizing friends of the family and the crowded house bespoke the sympathetic feeling of the community toward the sorrowing family. Mrs. Wright was called upon only four months ago to say the final earthly farewell to her husband and now to her two children and the heart of the community indeed is touched into sympathy. -- J.
