She was born Jan. 7,1921, in Bucknell, the daughter of Theodore and Pauline Bourlard. On March 23, 1946, she married Donald Von Seggen in Fort Madison. She was a homemaker. Read More	Caline Von Seggen, 88, of Farmington, died at 11:13 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009, at Van Buren Good Samaritan Home in Keosauqua. She was born Jan. 7,1921, in Bucknell, the daughter of Theodore and Pauline Bourlard. On March 23, 1946, she married Donald Von Seggen in Fort Madison. She was a homemaker. She served at the Farmington Public Library for about 25 years. She and her husband raised her brother and sister after her parents died. She was a member of Farmington Community of Christ Church where she served as Sunday school teacher, pianist and stewardship commissioner. She was a member of Chapter O of P.E.O. and worked at the Red Cross Bloodmobile. Survivors include one daughter, Pamela (husband David) Saffran of Porter, Ind.; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one sister, Meredith Deak; one brother, Ted Bourlard; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory in Farmington where the family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, at Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory in Farmington with Rev. John Robertson officiating. Burial will be in Greenglade Cemetery in Farmington. Memorials have been established for Community of Christ Church, Farmington Library and Farmington EMT's.
