Born Jan. 23, 1922, in Farmington, he was the son of Arthur F. and Carrie Muntz Von Seggen. On March 23, 1946, he married Caline Bourlard in Fort Madison. Mr. Von Seggen retired as vice president of State Central Bank in Farmington. He served in the Army during World War II. Born Jan. 23, 1922, in Farmington, he was the son of Arthur F. and Carrie Muntz Von Seggen. On March 23, 1946, he married Caline Bourlard in Fort Madison. Mr. Von Seggen retired as vice president of State Central Bank in Farmington. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a member of Community of Christ Church and the Richardson Anthony American Legion Post in Farmington. Survivors include his wife of the Van Buren Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua; one daughter, Pamela Rae Saffran of Porter, Ind.; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters: LaVelle Lyle of Hannibal, Mo., and Donita Carlson of Aledo, Ill.; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Friends may call from 1 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory in Farmington where the family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday. The funeral for Mr. Von Seggen will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home and Crematory with the Rev. John Robertson officiating. The body will be cremated following the service. Burial will be in Greenglade Cemetery in Farmington. Memorials have been established for Parkinson's Research Foundation and Community of Christ Church in Farmington.
