She became ill Monday evening after she and her husband had spent the afternoon shopping for Christmas. She was born at Marseilles, Ill., and gre up there, teaching in the public shcools at Marseilles four years. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Shanahan leaves three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Belle Wilson, Wichita; Mrs. Nellouise Sherman, Montgomery, Ala.; Mrs Jane Gleason, Denver; three sons, Eugene and Robert A. Shanahan, Iola, and Lt. John A. Shanahan, Salt Lake City; 10 grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Walter Anderson, Michigan. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Thomas W.
