Description	:	age 46 Twice as many folks died on prison ships than in all the battles of the Revolutionary War combined. To the right is an aerial view of Brooklyn, which shows Wallabout Bay, where the prison ships were located. The bay sits between the Williamsburg Bridge (right) and Manhattan Bridge (left). The indented area highlighted in blue is now the Brooklyn Navy Yard, where prison ships were anchored, and it on these shores that bones washed up.
