Description	:	Carol Gray, 86, of Lincoln, passed away Thursday (October 8, 2009) after a courageous battle with cancer. Carol was born August 8, 1923 in Minden, NE to Fred & Mabel (Petersen) Larsen, after moving to Franklin, NE for a short time, the family moved to Superior, NE in 1925. She grew up in Superior and Married Eugene Gray in 1944. They owned and operated the Dudley Hotel and Coffee Shop in Superior. In 1965 Carol moved to Lincoln, NE and started a career with Wickstrom Beauty Supply (later purchased by Peel's Salon Services) that would span... Read More	Carol Gray, 86, of Lincoln, passed away Thursday (October 8, 2009) after a courageous battle with cancer. Carol was born August 8, 1923 in Minden, NE to Fred & Mabel (Petersen) Larsen, after moving to Franklin, NE for a short time, the family moved to Superior, NE in 1925. She grew up in Superior and Married Eugene Gray in 1944. They owned and operated the Dudley Hotel and Coffee Shop in Superior. In 1965 Carol moved to Lincoln, NE and started a career with Wickstrom Beauty Supply (later purchased by Peel's Salon Services) that would span 30 years retiring in 1995. Carol is survived by her children, Michael D. Gray and Jeanie (Jerry) Knott both of Lincoln. Granddaughters, Stacy (Michael) Jackson of Lincoln, Stephanie (David) Francl of Omaha, Jennifer (Todd) Christian of Delaware Ohio, Sara (Lance) Brown of Omaha. Great grandchildren Arabelle & Aidan Jackson, Emma & Ella Francl, Owen & Olivia Christian, Elliott & Eva Brown of Omaha. And her special friend Jack McKinney of Lincoln. Carol was preceded in death by her parents and Sister Dorothy Hinkson of Lincoln. Memorial Services, Tuesday (10-13-09) 11:00 A.M.
