Carrie Zarr was born September 17, 1888, at Worthington, Iowa. She moved at an early age, with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Zarr, to Washta, Iowa, where she attended school. She later became a school teacher. She married I.E. (Lige) Molyneux of Miller, June 30, 1909, at Correctionville, Iowa. They made their home on a farm in Glendale township, Hand county, where they lived until the death of her husband. She moved with her family to Miller in 1944. Survivors include four sons, Kenneth, Albuquerque, N.M., Lyle, Miller, Melbert, Ft. Bliss, El Paso Texas, and Everett, Casper, Wyo.; two daughters, Mrs. Frank Adkisson (Rosemary), Casper, Wyo., and Clara Molyneux, Yankton; three brothers, Ivan Zarr, Vivian, J. W. Zarr, Washta, kee Iowa, and Archie Zarr, Wasta, Iowa; and one sister Mrs. Margaret Hollenbeck, Cherokee, Iowa. It was that generation that changed the spelling. The obit was written with information given to them. He husband's obit has both spellings in it.
