To them was born on child, Daniel Alvin Fuqua. Her later years were spent at Oscaloosa, Iowa, until the past year she has resided in Des Moines. She leaves beside a husband and son, two sisters, Mrs. Alice Miller of Osceola and Mrs. Libbie Burchett of Grand River, and one brother, Henry Monroe of Grand River. The body was brought to the Wm.Bevans home in this city Thursday where the funeral services were held Friday morning at 10:30 conducted by Rev. Burns, assisted by Rev. McKay, after which the body was laid to rest in Maple Hill cemetery. Cards of Thanks. we desire to express our sincere thanks to the may friends who extended to us their sympathy and assistance in administering the last sad rites to our beloved companion and mother.
