Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday 6 June in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, North River, Rev. David Whynott officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Flowers accepted. Memorial donations in Carroll’s memory may be made to Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany; the family or to the charity of choice.
