After his return to Kansas he was engaged in farming. He was married to Rose Emma Vizner on February 1, 1928. To this union was born one son, Lloyd Erroll Boyd. Since his marriage he has been engaged in farming near Munden. He was a kind and loving husband and father, always willing to lend a helping hand to others. He was well thought of by his friends and neighbors. He leaves to mourn his untimely death, his loving wife and son, his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Elmer Boyd, sr., of Munden; one sister, Lydia A. Boyd of Grand Island, Neb.,; three brothers, Frank E. jr., and Lee S. Boyd of the home, and George R. Boyd of Richmond, Cal.; a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at the Methodist church in Munden, by the Rev. F. L. Courter. Burial was made in Ida cemetery.
