Read More	Cecil Emerson Dunken, eldest son of the late William and Margaret Dunken, was born June 20, 1890, at the farm near nelson and passed away Febr. 26, 1962, at the Blue Valley Nursing Home at Hebron, Nebr., at the age of 71 years, 8 months and 6 days. He was preceded in death by the mother in 1909 while the family lived in Texas and the father in 1955. He had lived in and around Nelson most of his life. He was a member of the Christian Church of Nelson. He lived a good Christian life and firmly believed in Christ. He leaves to mourn his passing a brother, Paul, of McGrath, Minn., a sister, Dorothy Moss of Nelson, two nieces, four great nephews, three great nieces and many other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services were held this (Thursday) afternoon in the Klawitter Chapel at Nelson, the Rev. Ewel Vaughan of the Christian Church officiating. Interment was made in the Nelson cemetery (sic).
