She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Dennis Sypal; an infant sister, Marie; a sister and brother-in-law, Agnes and Al Sypal, and one brother, Cyril Nemec. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Barbara Sypal of Columbus, Kenneth and Dru Sypal and Steve and Wendy Sypal, all of Lincoln, Dan and Jan Sypal of David City, David Sypal of Dwight; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Katherine and Gary Eckrich of Lincoln; a brother and sister-in-law, Adolph and Gladys Nemec of Prague; a daughter-in-law, Eliana Sypal of California; sisters-in-law, Eve-lyn Nemec of Dwight and Ann (Sypal) Kudlacek of Elkhorn; 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held June 2 at Assumption Catholic Church, Dwight. Burial was at Assumption Cemetery, Dwight.
