Read More	PROMINENT FARMER OF MARION IS DEAD C. A. HOLLAND WAS BURIED ON THURSDAY Mr. Charles A. Holland, prominent farmer of the Marion section, died in the Spring Hill Nursing Home in Salisbury Tuesday morning. He had been a patient there for about a month, and was 80 years of age. He was a son of the late George and Sally Dize Holland, was born in Somerset county, and lived here all his life. Mr. Holland was a successful farmer who kept run dast of modern methods in agriculture, and was active in community life and affairs. He was a splendid neighbor and friend, an energetic and resourceful man, and extended help in many ways to others in their adversity and distress, and he was held generally in high esteem and deep affection. He was a lifetime member of the Rehoboth Presbyterian Church, and found great pleasure in attending its meetings and taking part in the work there, as long as his health permitted. At the time of his death he was and Elder of the church. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 4.00 o'clock in the Bradshaw Funeral Parlors, conducted by Rev. Wallace Williams of Princess Anne. Interment was in the family plot in the Rehoboth Presbyterian cemetery. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Martha Wilkins Holland, A daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Ogburn of Snow Hill, Md., a brother, Mr. John E.
