A member of the Kellogg church and a former farmer, Charles Jacobs was also a retired employee of Mid-West Industries in Kellogg. Surviving him are his wife; three sons, Leonard of Grand River, Bert of Nevada, and Delbert of Newton; a daughter Mrs. Ben (Frances) Leonardo of Chicago Ridge, Ill.; a brother Bill Jacobs of Embassy Manor; and a sister Mrs. Lethel Straka of Minnetonka, Minn. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
