Description	:	Charles Floyd Aldrich, 86, died May 15, 1982. He was born November 12, 1895 to Charles C. and Louisa B. Robertson Aldrich outside of Waukee. He graduated from Waukee High School in 1913 and lived his entire life in Waukee. Aldrich married Ruth N. Parrott on June 1, 1933 and the couple had four children. He was a farmer, but he also served as Waukee's mayor in 1952, president of the co-op board and president of the school board, among other duties.
