Description | : | Charles was a NAVY VETERAN - FA FIREMAN APPRENTICE He was killed in an electrical accident aboard the USS Salisbury in Buckner Bay, Okinawa. Charles and Martin Steltzer were adopted by the Fraziers. They were biological brothers; sons of Charles Henry and Margaret Elizabeth (Burall) Steltzer of Sterling, Whiteside County, IL. The parents divorced about 1952 and both re-married, having given up 3 of their younger sons for adoption. Charles never married.
