Description	:	Charlie (C.R.) Wilkerson, 84, died Sunday at the Morris County Hospital. He had been a resident of the Country Club Home since May. He was born Oct. 4, 1889, in Council Grove to Rufus and Nancy Zenova Seawright Wilkerson. Wilkerson worked for the Missouri Pacific Railroad and also was involved in farming. He married Josephine Borkert on July 3, 1922, in Council Grove. She survives. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen and the United Transportation Union for more than 65 years. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Kendall Chapel, with burial to be in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home, He will lie in state beginning at 9 a.m. , Tuesday. A memorial has been established in his name with contributions going to the pediatric unit at the Morris County Hospital.
