Rusterholz Died Tuesday Of This Week Charles Rusterholz, 69, prominent Brookville hardware merchant, died on Tuesday morning of this week at the Fayette Memorial Hospital at Connersville. He had been in ill health for more than a year. Mr. Rusterholz was born in Connersville and was reared in Laurel. He attended school at Laurel and Brookville. After leaving Brookville High School he worked for the firm of Fieber and Holmes, hardware and lumber dealers in Brookville, for a period of eight years. Rusterholz Died Tuesday Of This Week Charles Rusterholz, 69, prominent Brookville hardware merchant, died on Tuesday morning of this week at the Fayette Memorial Hospital at Connersville. He had been in ill health for more than a year. Mr. Rusterholz was born in Connersville and was reared in Laurel. He attended school at Laurel and Brookville. After leaving Brookville High School he worked for the firm of Fieber and Holmes, hardware and lumber dealers in Brookville, for a period of eight years. In 1910 he entered business with his father, the late Henry Rusterholz, under the name of H. Rusterholz, under the name of H. Rusterholz and Sons. After his father's death in 1914, he continued to operate the business with several of his brothers under the original name. In recent years he operated the business with his foster son Edward Rusterholz. He was a member of Harmon Lodge No. 11 Free and Accepted Masons. In addition to the foster son, other survivors include: the widow, Christina; three sisters, Mrs. Ida Curry and Miss Clara Rusterholz, both of Brookville, Mrs. Helen Beall of Hamilton, O.; three brothers, William and Walter, both of Brookville, and Arthur of Hamilton. Funeral services will be held on Friday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at the Clevenger Funeral Home. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home afternoon today (Thursday.
