Description	:	Charles Victor "Fuzz" Myers Sr., age 74, of 20 Willow Tree Drive, Moorefield, WV passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born November 3, 1940 in Fisher, WV and was a son of the late Charles Edgar Myers and Irene (Reel) Myers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas R. Myers and his Father & Mother-in-Law, Vernon and Idella Barr. "Fuzz" was a retired heavy equipment operator with numerous construction companies with All Construction of Mt. He was born November 3, 1940 in Fisher, WV and was a son of the late Charles Edgar Myers and Irene (Reel) Myers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas R. Myers and his Father & Mother-in-Law, Vernon and Idella Barr. "Fuzz" was a retired heavy equipment operator with numerous construction companies with All Construction of Mt. Storm, WV being his last employer. He was a member of I.U.O.E. Local 132B out of Charleston, WV for 49 years as an operator and union steward. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsmen and enjoyed watching his granddaughters play softball. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Donna K. (Barr) Myers whom he married on September 2, 1962; three sons, Charles Victor "Chuck" Myers Jr. of Moorefield, WV, Jeff Myers and wife Battina of Keyser, WV and Brian Myers and wife Brandi of Moorefield, WV; three granddaughters, Holly Myers Shockey and husband Robert, Haley Myers and McKenna Myers and expecting the first great grandchild later this year; five brothers, Renick Myers of Beltsville, MD, Floyd Myers of Mathias, WV, Elwood Myers of Moorefield, WV, George Myers of Petersburg, WV and Dave Myers of Petersburg, WV; four sisters, Louise Kidwell of Moorefield, WV, Mary Carr of Cumberland, MD, Betty Kesner of Moorefield, WV and Becky Taylor of Purgitsville, WV and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Tuesday, July 21, 2015 from 5 – 9 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg. Funeral service will be Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home with Pastor Harold Cullers officiating. Interment will follow in the Lahmansville Cemetery.
