Description	:	Charles W. Jacomet, 62, of 1208 E. Market died at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday in Lima Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. Born Aug. 23, 1915 in Lima, he was a son of Edward and Grace Deboe Jacomet. He married the former LeNola Dillon and she survives. Other survivors include two sons, Guy of Kalida and Charles of 703 Vassar; five daughters, Mrs. Jerry (Katherine) Hall of Colorado Springs, Colo., Mrs. Dick (Jane) Poline of 115 N. Market, Mrs. William (Leona) Gibson of Simpsonville, S.C. and Mrs. Jerry (Tammy) Harrod of Findlay Rd.; two brothers, Harry Jacomet of 1123 Hill and Wallace Jacomet of Hemet, Calif, a sister, Mrs. Leulla Yoast of Toledo, 18 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. He was employed as a maintenance man at Ford Motor Co., attended Church of God Mountain Assembly and was a member of American Legion Spencerville Post and a veteran of World War II. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Chiles and Sons-Laman Lewis Memorial Chapel, Rev. Howl Moody officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the funeral home. (published in The Lima News, Wednesday, September 21, 1977)
