Born in Minnesota November 2, 1864, where she spent her early life, she was married July 23, 1885, at Sulton County, Washington, to Frederick Herbert Whitney (1850-1939). In 1909 she came to Chelan where she had since lived. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 pm from the Methodist church with the Rev. Hubert Vincent officiating.
