Description	:	Charlotte Florence Geneva Moore Kahler,the fifth child of 10 children born to James and Evelyn(Stevens) Moore, was born Jan. 9, 1918, at Cartwright, North Dakota.She frew up on a farm southeast of Sidney, Montanta, and was able to attend rural school which some times was three months during the year. She was joined together in the Holy Bond of Marriage to Theodore Kahler Oct. 25, 1933 at Sidney, Montana, who was working in the coal mines there. She was joined together in the Holy Bond of Marriage to Theodore Kahler Oct. 25, 1933 at Sidney, Montana, who was working in the coal mines there. Soon they moved back to south Dakota adn established themselves in farming near Millboro, S.D. This unions was blessed with three daughers and one son. She was made a member of the Holy Christian Church through the Sacrament of Baptism August 17, 1934 at St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran church,, McNeely, South Dakota. Charlotte was a typical Dakota farm wife, being busy raising her four children, helping her husband with the farm work, baking bread, sewing, making wedding cakes, and her hobby of making quilts. The Kahlers retired from the farm and moved into Colome in 1982. Ted died in 1988 at the age of 81 years, and Charlotte continued to live in her home at Colome until February of 1994 when she entered the Rosebud Country Care Center in Gregory until she was called to her eternal rest this past Tuesday, Dec. 7, 1999, having attained the age of 81 years, 10 months and 28 days. She was predceded in death by her parents, her husband, Theodore, and six brothers. She is survived by her three daughters; Charlotte Johannson of Stenensville, Michigan, Caroline and husband John "Mike" Hofer of Arizona City, Arizonia, and Helen and husband James Nessen of Snohomish, Washington. Her son, Daniel and wife Judy of Vacavilled, California. Grandchildren; James, Melissa, Theklia, Beth, Michael, Amy and Mark. Great grandchildren; Dominique, Avery, and Anna. Also, one brother, Daniel Moore of Billings, Montana; two sisters; Dorothea ( Mrs. Clyde Huff) of Columbus, Montana, and Evelyn ( Mrs; Elmer Floth) of Bosie, Idaho, and many other relatives and friends. Her mortal body will be committed to the ground in the Colome City Cemetery. May the lifeless body be granted peaceful resst in the bosom of the earth.
