She died in Victor, Ia., January 6, 1904, aged 48 years 7 months. Much of her life up to the time of her marriage was spent in the home of an itinerant Methodist preacher, for such her father was from her childhood. She was married to John W. She died in Victor, Ia., January 6, 1904, aged 48 years 7 months. Much of her life up to the time of her marriage was spent in the home of an itinerant Methodist preacher, for such her father was from her childhood. She was married to John W. Morrison December 28, 1875. To this union were born two children, Jennie and Larene. Jennie died about one month after her marriage. When Mrs. Morrison was 7 years old her mother died. Her father died about 7 years ago (1897). All of Mrs. Morrison's married life was spent in Victor and vicinity. She was converted and united with the Ohio church of the Methodist Protestant denomination under the administration of Rev. E.S. Brown. She leaves beside her husband and son, her stepmother, 3 brothers and 2 sisters to mourn her loss. A large circle of friends join their tears with those of the stricken ones. Mrs. Morrison was a devoted Christian. Her patience during the long, weary years of suffering and helplessness was remarkable and evidenced the grace of God given her. Her life was not in vain. She has entered upon her reward.
