Read More	Chloe Esther Tutty was born September 3, 1873, at Toulon, Illinois, and passed away at her home, 1834 G Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, November 18, 1927, at the age of fifty-four years, two months and fifteen days. She grew to womanhood in Fairmont and on June 13, 1894, was united in marriage to Daniel Tutty. They moved to Ogalalla, Nebraska, and resided there two years, later moving to Fairmont and from there to Lincoln, which has since been her home. Mrs. Tutty was a member of Grace Lutheran church and an active member in the Ladies Auxiliary of the B. of R.T. and of the Woman's Club. For the past two years her health had been poor, but the last two weeks, she had apparently enjoyed the best of health and the day before her death, attended a birthday luncheon of the Woman's Club at the Cornhusker Hotel. She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband, Daniel Tutty; two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Jackson, Mrs. Maud Spirk; three sons, Roy E., Murle and Roscoe D.; one grandson, Delbert LeRoy Jackson, all of Lincoln; two sisters, Mrs. D.A. Stone and Mrs. A.O. Beckman, both of Lincoln; two brothers, O.C. Maxfield of Omaha and G.F. Maxfield of Fairmont, Nebraska. Preceding her in death were two sons, Claude and Earl. She was a loving wife and mother, and her cheerful and sunshiny disposition made her greatly loved by all who knew her. Her every thought was to help and serve her family and friends, with always good thought of everyone. Ours is a world of broken circles and dark valleys, but God's provisions are such there will be a time of laughter without tears, living without dying, singing without sighing, content without crying, pleasure without pain. Funeral services were held from Grace Lutheran Church in Lincoln Sunday morning at 9:30 o'clock and the body brought to Fairmont on a special train, arriving about 12:40. The train carried a total of seventy-four people, including Burlington officials and employees, thirty members of the Ladies Auxiliary B. of R.T. and numerous former residents of Fairmont. Interment was made in the family plot at 2:30 o'clock, Rev. A.G. Swanson of the Fairmont Methodist church officiating. The ritual burial service of the Ladies Auxiliary was rendered in an impressive manner. Many friends were present to pay a final tribute to a good wife and mother. Relatives here from other points , in addition to members of the home family were: Mr. and Mrs. Roy Jackson and son, Delbert, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Spirk, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Tutty, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert A. Stone and son, Dale, Mr. and Mrs. A.O. Beckman, Mrs. Beckman, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Ed Spirk and Mr. and Mrs. Goe and son, all of Lincoln; Carl Maxfield of Omaha, Mrs. Agnes Niehaus and son Harry of Superior and Weldon Maxfield of Plattsmouth.
