Description	:	Clara C. Jensen Clara C Jensen was born March 31, 1895 in the Fredericksburg of Kearney County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christian Rasmussen. She passed away on November 3, 1980, at the Bethany Home in Minden, where she had been a resident the last seven years. Clara was united in marriage to Peter H. Petersen on Nov. 4, 1917. Jensen Clara C Jensen was born March 31, 1895 in the Fredericksburg of Kearney County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christian Rasmussen. She passed away on November 3, 1980, at the Bethany Home in Minden, where she had been a resident the last seven years. Clara was united in marriage to Peter H. Petersen on Nov. 4, 1917. Three sons were born in this marriage. Peter passed away in 1952. Clara married Harry Jensen of Minden in 1958. She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters, one son, Burdette in 1968, and a grandson. She is survived by two sons, Archie Petersen of Lexington, and Vernon Peterson of Meridian, Texas; two step-sons; two step-daughters; one brother, Theodore Rasmussen of Minden; and six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. The funeral was held November 6th at the Fredericksburg Lutheran Church south of Minden with Pastor Norman Nelson officiating. Burial was in the Fredericksburg Cemetery. Layton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
