Read More	LORANCE SERVICES ARE HELD TUESDAY -------- Funeral services for Clara Gale Lorance were held Tuesday, March 19 at 10.m. from the Nazarene Church in Wray with Wanda Lingo and Joe Bozeman as Ministers. Clara Lorance was born June 28, 1905 to Mr. and Mrs. Eli M. Lorance in Novinger, Mo. and died March 16, 1974. She was 68 years of age. When she was 11 months old, she moved with her parents north of Stratton, Neb. and lived there until the death of her mother when she went to live with an aunt near Wauneta, Neb. At the age of 14 she came to Colorado to live with her father and sisters for a few years. In later years she spent some time in Utah with her oldest sister who preceded her in death. Clara Lorance spent several years working in the nursing homes in St. Francis, Kan. In 1950 she joined the Pilgrim Holiness Church in St. Francis. She lived the last eight years of her life in Wray working for a year at Cedardale Rest Home. She was employed in restaurant work until she retired in 1971. She attended the Nazarene Church while living in Wray. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Myrtle McKinney of Wray, five nieces and four nephews. Interment was in Stratton, Neb. (Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, 14 miles north west of Stratton).
