Description	:	September 7, 2020 Leona Westrom, Early-Day Resident, Dies Mrs. Clara Leona Westrom, 74, 302 North Davis, member of an early-day Marysville family, died unexpectedly Sunday at St. Peter's Hospital, where she had been admitted as a patient a short time earlier. Mrs. Westrom was born Sept. 3, 1888, in Marysville, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louie Beaver. She was a life-long resident of this area with the exception of a few years in Minneapolis and Wisconsin. Read More	September 7, 2020 Leona Westrom, Early-Day Resident, Dies Mrs. Clara Leona Westrom, 74, 302 North Davis, member of an early-day Marysville family, died unexpectedly Sunday at St. Peter's Hospital, where she had been admitted as a patient a short time earlier. Mrs. Westrom was born Sept. 3, 1888, in Marysville, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louie Beaver. She was a life-long resident of this area with the exception of a few years in Minneapolis and Wisconsin. Before retiring about eight years ago, Mrs. Westrom was employed as an elevator operator at the Union Bank and Trust Co. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Westrom on Nov. 28, 1948, in Rochester, Minn., and a son, Raymond Habel, April 24, 1918, in Minneapolis. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Hazel Houston, Helena; three grandsons, Clifford V. Spurzem, William C. Houston, and Gene C. Morgan, Spokane, Wash.; three sisters, Mrs. John (Leta) Ban, Mrs. Ray (Lottie) Lindberg, and Mrs. Eddy (Bertha ) Babcock, and a brother, Clarence L. Beaver, all of Helena. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday in the Chapel of Roses with Robert Adams, minister of Jehovah's Witnesses officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
