Plot	:	Find a Grave volunteer reported: I walked the entire cemetery and could not locate a grave. It is either unmarked or one of the many that were so corroded that I couldn't make out anything on them.
Description	:	There isn't any information available prior to Clara Voix Meyer's marriage. We can only imagine how excited she and her family were planning for her wedding the spring of 1841. On April 26, 1841 she became the bride of Ignatius Meyer in a wedding ceremony solemnized in the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Renchen, Baden, Germany. Two of their 3 children were born in Germany before they immigrated to Missouri. Judging from the ages of their children, they sailed for America about 1846. On April 26, 1841 she became the bride of Ignatius Meyer in a wedding ceremony solemnized in the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Renchen, Baden, Germany. Two of their 3 children were born in Germany before they immigrated to Missouri. Judging from the ages of their children, they sailed for America about 1846. St. Joseph's Burial Records page 51 revealed that Joseph, the son of Ignatius and Clara Viox passed away on June 14, 1847 and was buried in St. Josephs cemetery. There is No Marker. The 1850 census revealed that Ignatius was farming in Brazeau, Perry, Missouri, and he and Clara had real estate valued at $400.00. His parents and others in the family lived close by. On Apr. 23, 1848 Clara and Ignatius precious little 12 year old daughter, Barbara passed away. The circumstances of her death is not known, but she was buried with others in the family at St. Joseph's cemetery. The next lost was on July 24, 1859, Ignatius father, Joseph passed away, then about 6 months later, on Jan 13, 1860 his mother died. His beloved parents are both Resting in peace in St. Joseph's cemetery also. 1870 United States Federal Census is the next document available for Ignatius and Clara Meyer. They were living on a farm in rural Perryville, Missouri. Financially they seemed to be doing well. Although some of their neighbors had larger estates, their estate was valued at $1600.00 and they had $400.00 of unsecured property. The date of Clara's demise is unavailable at this time. That information may come to light if a Tombstone is found for her. There is no other documentation available for Clara and Ignatius except the date of Ignatius demise. According to family sources his spirit returned to his Lord and maker on June 6, 1882, and he is "Resting in Peace" in the St. Josephs cemetery. (bio researched and added by Audrey DeCamp Hoffman.)
