Description	:	A graveside service for Clark Dristy, 78, who died Saturday at Hand County Memorial Hospital was held Monday at the GAR cemetery. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. David Belzer officiating. Clark Dristy was born May 28, 1895 in Weston, Neb. to Mr. and Mrs. N. O. Dristy. He spent his boyhood in Surprise Neb. and moved with his family to Blunt in 1907 to farm with his father. He managed grain elevators in Blunt and Miller. He married the former Hulda Olst on Jan. 28, 1924 at Huron. In 1946, the family moved to Rapid City and in 1962 returned to reside in Miller. Dristy was a member of the Church of the New Jerusalem, the Masonic Lodge and was a World War I veteran. Survivors include his widow, Hudla, Miller; one son, Forrest, Oswego, N,Y,; two daughters, Mrs. J.H. (Shirley) De Geest, Miller, and Mrs. Donald R. (Marcia) Enger, Aberdeen; one brother, Earle, Silverton, Ore.; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, two brothers, and an infant son.
