Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Watertown. Reverend Keith Petersen will officiate, with Ellen Heisner as the organist. Clement Lee Leonard, son of Clement and Margaret (Jorgenson) Leonard, was born November 17, 1924 in Henry, South Dakota. He grew up and attended school in Watertown. Lee married Luella Redlin January 12, 1946 in Webster, South Dakota. To this union four sons were born, Lyle, Loren, Jerry and Todd. Lee was employed by the City of Watertown for 33 years as a foreman of the Sanitary Waste System. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, woodworking, and was an accomplished carpenter. Lee lived a long life and accomplished many things but his greatest gift to all was being a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Lee is survived by his wife, Luella of Watertown; his sons, Loren (Linda) Leonard of Aberdeen, SD, Jerry (Heather) Leonard of Las Vegas, NV and Todd Leonard of Aberdeen, SD; one sister, Madonna Sexton of Vacaville, CA; 8 grandchildren, Jordan Leonard, Jeremy Leonard, Christopher Leonard, Matthew Leonard, Jodi Young, Laura Keimig, Shawn Leonard and Brittany Leonard; and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Lyle Leonard; his sister, Delores Leisure; and his brothers, Lawrence, Lloyd and Russell Leonard. -Wight and Comes Funeral Chapel
