Morgan Monday, February 18, 2013 2:25 pm Clifford A. Morgan, age 61, died Thursday, February 7, 2013 in Mobile, Alabama. He was the son of Clifford G. and Wanda M. Morgan. He was born July 18, 1951 in Emporia, Kansas and raised in Elmdale, Kansas. He served in the Marines during the Viet Nam War. He worked as a welder and brakeman/conductor for many years for BNSF and for Am Trac as a conductor. He was retired. He is survived by his wife, Tracey and son, Gunner of the home, and his daughter, Jessyka Morgan-Paul of Carbondale, Illinois; his father, Clifford G. Morgan (Evelyn)of Canon City, Colorado; Three sisters, Cheryl Barton and husband Gary Barton of Emporia and Katy Spencer and husband Chuck Spencer of Peck, Kansas and Billie Jean Pollington of Canon City, Colordo; and one niece, Shay Morgan-Discepolo (John)of Jupier, Florida. He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda M. Morgan and an older brother Kenneth L. Morgan. Services were conducted in Mobile, Alabama on February 12, 2013. A celebration of Cliff’s life is planned this summer for friends and family in Kansas and surrounding areas. Contributions to the American Cancer Association can be made in Cliff’s name.
