Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at First Christian Church in Minden with the Rev. Dale Coakley officiating. Burial will be in Minden Cemetery. Visitation is 3-5 p.m. and 7-8 p.m. Friday at Layton Funeral Home in Minden. Mr. Jacobsen was born Sept. 9, 1915, to Christian and Margaret (Nelsen) Jacobsen in Kearney County. Survivors are his wife; three sons, Gary of Arvada, Colo., Gayle of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Ronny of Minden; two daughters, Lavon Madsen of Minden and Nadine Westwood of Kearney; four sisters, Myrtha Talbert, Fern Beisheim, Geneva Warp and Dorothy McLellan, all of Minden; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters.
