Description	:	Clifford C O'Bryhim, son of Waldon and Maggie O'Bryhim, was born at Overbrook, Kansas, October 18, 1894, and departed this life November 27, 1955, at the age of 61 years. On January 17, 1917, he was united in marriage at Topeka to Pearl Atchison. To them was born one son. Read More	Clifford C O'Bryhim, son of Waldon and Maggie O'Bryhim, was born at Overbrook, Kansas, October 18, 1894, and departed this life November 27, 1955, at the age of 61 years. On January 17, 1917, he was united in marriage at Topeka to Pearl Atchison. To them was born one son. Mr O'Bryhim received his schooling in the public schools of Overbrook and lived and worked here during his entire lifetime. He was employed for several years in the Farmer's Union Mercantile store and for the past 32 years has been manager of the O'Bryhim Grocery store. He was an active member of the Masonic Lodge, served as District Deputy and Grand Master and belonged to the order of Modern Woodsmen. His friends and business associates remember Cliff as a man of unusual business ability and dedication to his work. His work was more than a means of earning a living; it was the expression of friendship and personal interest for all who were dependent upon him in the task which he did so well. The bonds of love for his family were strong. He is preceded in death by his father, Waldon O'Bryhim who died December 1, 1953. Surviving him are his wife, Pearl of the home, his son Bernard and wife Kay, and two grandchildren, Pamela and Mike, his mother, Mrs Waldon O'Bryhim, all of Overbrook; a brother, Hansford of Knoxville, Ia; other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 30, at the Overbrook Methodist Church with Rev William Ralphs conducting the service. Music was furnished by Max Friesen, soloist and Mrs Theron Bryson, organist. Members of Ridgeway Lodge, AF & AM, performed the Masonic, graveside ceremony. Casket bearers were John Cordts, Will Haslett, Willard Topping, Paul Durbin, Randle Tutcher, Albert Coffman, Dr R O Waddle, Howard Long. Interment was in Overbrook cemetery.
