Description	:	Laurel - Clyde Webster Banks, 50, of Laurel died Tuesday, Dec. 16. 2003, at his home after a lengthy illness. Born in Salisbury, he was the son of the late Hayward and Elsie Mae Banks. Mr. Banks worked with Asplundh Tree Co., retiring in 2001 with 30 years of service. He loved hunting, fishing and horses. He was a member of the 46th Virginia Unit, Civil War reenactment and Delmarva Coon Hunters Association. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Peggy Banks of Laurel; three children, Heather Records and her husband, Steve, of Salisbury, Scott Banks and Teresa Jones of Laurel and Robin Banks of Salisbury; six grandchildren, Whitney Records, Katelyn Records, Brittany Neudeck, Justin Jones, Austin Jordan and Jada Handy; sister Faye Webster of Fruitland; sister-in-law Betty Banks of Delmar; brother-in-law Roger Minner and his wife, Donna, of Concordville, Pa.; and brother-in-law Jack Minner of Hartly, Del.; nieces and nephews, Jerry, Michael and Eric Banks, and Victoria and Dexter Lynch, and John, Doug, Roger, Todd and Michael Minner. He was preceded in death by a grandchild, Brittany Records, and three brothers, Johnny, Leslie and Ronnie Banks. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 3, 2004, at 11 a.m. at Holloway Funeral Home, with calling time one hour prior to the service. The Rev. J. Harvey Dixon will officiate. Contributions may be made in his memory to Delaware Hospice, Georgetown Professional Park, 600 DuPont Highway, Suite 107, Georgetown, Del. 19947; or Shriners Children's Hospital, 3551 N.
