Description	:	Connie Sue Myers, 66, of Shelbyville, passed away Saturday afternoon, January 10, 2015, at IU Methodist Hospital of Indianapolis, where she had been a patient since December 29. One of three children, she was born August 23, 1948 in Rushville, the daughter of Jerry and Jewell Clayton Raridan, and graduated from Laurel High School in 1966. On August 16, 1969, she was married in Laurel to Von Myers of Bath, Indiana; they moved to Shelbyville in 1993. She had been a member of the Laurel United Methodist Church; in her leisure, she enjoyed crocheting, bowling (she won the Ohio State Women’s Individual Bowling... One of three children, she was born August 23, 1948 in Rushville, the daughter of Jerry and Jewell Clayton Raridan, and graduated from Laurel High School in 1966. On August 16, 1969, she was married in Laurel to Von Myers of Bath, Indiana; they moved to Shelbyville in 1993. She had been a member of the Laurel United Methodist Church; in her leisure, she enjoyed crocheting, bowling (she won the Ohio State Women’s Individual Bowling Championship in 1984) and watching Western movies, especially the Gunsmoke series. She is survived by her husband, Von of Shelbyville, a son, Aric Von Myers, also of Shelbyville, a granddaughter, Shelby Myers of Liberty, Indiana, her mother, Jewell Raridan of Laurel, a sister, Carolyn Schultz of Connersville, a brother, Gary Raridan of Indiana, a brother–in-law, Larry Myers and his wife Melissa of Connersville, and many nieces, nephews and other extended family members. She was preceded in death by a son, Brent Myers, who died in 2000, and her father, Jerry Raridan, who passed from this life June 14, 2007. Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, January 15, 2015, at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Langdon officiating; burial will be in College Corner Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 4 until 8 PM on Wednesday; they may also visit anytime online at millermosterrobbins.com. Memorial contributions may be made to the Brent Myers Scholarship Fund at the Union County Foundation.
