Jones, who lived near this city. She was born in the year 1865, consequently was 24 years old. She was the wife of Evan Davis, of the church of Latter Day Saints, who with his wife was sent about two years ago to Wales on a missionary tour. The climate of Wales did not agree with her, and she returned to America with impaired health, and has suffered much since. She... She leaves one child. her remains were brought to this city, and from here taken to the home of B.S. Jones, her uncle, who lives about two miles out. She was buried in the Cherokee cemetery on last Saturday.
