Description	:	Corma Etta Clay Workman Corma Etta Clay Workman, 88, of Danville, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2005, at her home on Six Mile Road. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lou Vena Clay of Saulsville, W.Va.; daughter, Alice Workman McLaughlin; and eight brothers and sisters. Read More	Corma Etta Clay Workman Corma Etta Clay Workman, 88, of Danville, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2005, at her home on Six Mile Road. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lou Vena Clay of Saulsville, W.Va.; daughter, Alice Workman McLaughlin; and eight brothers and sisters. Corma was the heart and soul of a very special family. Everything she did reflected her feeling for the ones she loved. Her Christian example is an inspiration to her children and grandchildren. She is admired, appreciated and loved by all who knew her. She attended Concord College and Marshall College in the 1930s. During her 65 years of marriage she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Corma was a member of Spencer Chapel United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of more than 65 years, the Rev. Rexford Montgomery Workman Sr.; children, Helena Workman Wheatley and husband, Edward of Charleston, Rexford Montgomery Workman Jr. of Virginia Beach, Va., Frances Workman Foy and husband, Thomas, of Tupelo, Miss., Gerald Vaughn Workman and wife, Cheryl of Madison, W.Va., Deanna Workman Mitchell and husband, George of Mooresville, N.C., and Mary Workman Miller and husband, Tony, of Turtle Creek, W.Va.; 17 grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Stuart and Tom Clay of Saulsville. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Jan. 5, 2005, at Handley Funeral Home, Danville, with the Rev. Glenn White, the Rev. Roger McCauley and Earl Akers officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison, W.Va. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
