Description	:	Robert Marshall Brandon Dec 19 1919 - Jun 25 2007 Rochester, MI - Robert Marshall Brandon, age 87, was a life long resident of Sioux Falls until he moved to Rochester, Michigan in 2002 to be with his daughter, Mary. Marshall married the late Ruth Esther Foster on January 2, 1945 at Calvary Cathedral Church in Sioux Falls. Marshall graduated from Washington High School and the University of South Dakota in Business Law. He was active in the Sioux Falls Rotary, Shriners and Elks Clubs. Read More	Robert Marshall Brandon Dec 19 1919 - Jun 25 2007 Rochester, MI - Robert Marshall Brandon, age 87, was a life long resident of Sioux Falls until he moved to Rochester, Michigan in 2002 to be with his daughter, Mary. Marshall married the late Ruth Esther Foster on January 2, 1945 at Calvary Cathedral Church in Sioux Falls. Marshall graduated from Washington High School and the University of South Dakota in Business Law. He was active in the Sioux Falls Rotary, Shriners and Elks Clubs. He loved to play golf, racquetball, tennis, take long bike rides and walks. He had many life long friends. He was very proud of serving in the Marine Corp as a Captain during WWII. Marshall was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Ruth Esther, and his son, Robert. Survivors include his children: Mary (Larry) Miller of Michigan and Jeff (Jodi) Brandon of Iowa; his grandchildren, Jeannie (David) Sherwood, Brad (Sara) and Erik Miller, Bart, Ashley, and Allison Brandon, and his great-grandson Noah Sherwood. Funeral service is Friday, June 29, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at Miller Funeral Home, 507 S. Main Ave. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Sioux Falls El Riad Shrine or to the Calvary Cathedral Church.
