Mr. Woodward was out on his woodpile with his son Gus sawing wood when he was taken to short breathing. He told his son he believed he was falling. Mr. Woodward leaves a wife and four sons, namely, Sam and Gus of Leonard, Guy of Enterprise and Russell of Knox county. The family have the sympathy of the community.
