Dan served in the U.S. Navy, was a life member of the Napoleon AMVETS, and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Witte. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-7 p.m. at Rodenberger Funeral Home, Napoleon, with the funeral service to be held at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. A private graveside service will be held later where military honors will be accorded by the Napoleon Joint Veteran Posts.
