He spent the majority of his distinguished career specializing in Native American law. Left to cherish his memory are his mother & step-father, Patricia Evans-Austin & Larry Austin; sister, Carol Susan (Robert Lynch); five children: Jamie Lynn (Anthony Brown), Jared Daniel (Tiandra Wilkin), & Alyssa Kay (Jon Feilmeier), Katherine Anne & Michael Richard; grandson Nash Parker Evans; & step siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends & special companion-colleague-caregiver, Theresa Falzone. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ross & Wilma Post, & paternal grandparents, Galen & Ua Evans (all of Shelton, NE), & his father, Wilbur Warren Evans.
