Description	:	Son of Andrew Whisennand and Susanah Whisennand buried this cemetery; was nine of twelve children--Walker Newspaper: A young man named David Whisennand of Newton township, shot himself through the lung while out hunting with another young man by the name of Watson (his nephew). He was crawling near some birds, pulling his gun by the muzzle having it cocked at the time the load discharged. His partner asked him if he was hurt. He said no.
