| Description | : | David was the oldest of 7 children born to John & Elizabeth Spence. He married Maud Hamilton on June 21, 1911 and they welcomed a daughter in March of 2012. Sadly, Maud died of pneumonia 5 months later. David worked for CP Railway for a time and eventually moved to Western Canada. He moved back to Amaranth and farmed West-Half Lot 22, Concession 1. David never remarried and he became a grandfather 3 times over. David was interred beside Maud in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in 1973. May they both rest in peace. |
