Description	:	David Elijah Eisenhauer 1946 Bridgewater Bulletin The death angel visited the home of David Elijah Eisenhauer, son of the late Josiah and Caroline Eisenhauer, February 12, and removed him in his 91st. year. Until recently, Mr. Eisenhauer had been active, and on January 26 celebrated his 62 nd. wedding anniversary, when a large number of friends gathered and had their usual sing-song. When standing by the organ accompanied by Mrs. Harvey Spidle, he sang his favourite hymn," On Jordan's Stormy Banks, I Stand" and "Cast a Wishful Eye" which later was sung when friends gathered at the saddened home... When standing by the organ accompanied by Mrs. Harvey Spidle, he sang his favourite hymn," On Jordan's Stormy Banks, I Stand" and "Cast a Wishful Eye" which later was sung when friends gathered at the saddened home to offer their respects, where the body had rested, and later taken to the Baptist Church, where he was baptized 63 years ago,and worshipped there, as did his parents before him and for several years a bass singer in the choir. The service was conducted by the Rev. O.E. Huestis, pastor of Cornwall Baptist Church who based his message very ably on 2nd.
