Description	:	ROBINSON, DAVID—David Robinson was born in Middleton, England, May 27, 1840. He departed this life at his home in Geneva, Neb., at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 1927, aged 87 years and 12 days. Mr. Robinson came to this country when a young man. He was married to Ella Brown June 25, 1876. To this union two daughters were born; Mrs. Grace Alexander of Des Moines, Ia., and Mrs. Harry Warner of Geneva, Neb. He departed this life at his home in Geneva, Neb., at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 1927, aged 87 years and 12 days. Mr. Robinson came to this country when a young man. He was married to Ella Brown June 25, 1876. To this union two daughters were born; Mrs. Grace Alexander of Des Moines, Ia., and Mrs. Harry Warner of Geneva, Neb. His wife died when the girls were small. October 6, 1884, he was married to Clara Belle Irelan at Crete, Neb. To this union eight children were born. Two, James and Minnie have preceded him to the Better Land. Those surviving are John, LeRoy and William of Geneva, Harry of Lincoln, Neb., Mrs. Roy Ashley or Akron, Col, and Mrs. George Strayer of Hastings, Neb. He is also survived by his wife. He retired from his farm in Momence Township eight years ago and has lived in Geneva since that time. He was loved and respected by all who knew him. The funeral took place from the United Brethren Church in Geneva, neb., at 2 p.m., Friday, June 10, and was conducted by Rev. Mr. Henry. Interment was in the Geneva Cemetery.
