Description	:	KING, NC ~ Juanita Hill, 75, died Saturday, June 2, 2007, at Village Care in King. She was born Jan. 29, 1932, in Stokes County to Dennis Edgar and Irene Lawson Hill. Juanita was a certified nursing assistant, doing private duty nursing in both Florida and North Carolina, and was also employed by Hanes Hosiery for several years. Read More	KING, NC ~ Juanita Hill, 75, died Saturday, June 2, 2007, at Village Care in King. She was born Jan. 29, 1932, in Stokes County to Dennis Edgar and Irene Lawson Hill. Juanita was a certified nursing assistant, doing private duty nursing in both Florida and North Carolina, and was also employed by Hanes Hosiery for several years. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Juanita was preceded in death by an infant sister, Mary Kathryn Hill. Surviving are two daughters: Bobbie Ray and husband Clifford of Palm Coast, Fla., and Robin Reid and husband Wayne of King; six grandchildren: Todd Ray, Howard (Ginger) Reid, Matt Reid, Mickey Reid, Justin Reece, and Christin (Kevin) Sprinkle; five great-grandchildren: Octavia, Trenton, Caitlyne, Zachary, and Chris; and a sister, Jane Merritt and husband Bobby of Germanton. Funeral services will be conducted at 5 p.m. Monday, June 4, at Slate Funeral Home in King, with the Rev. Jack Tookey and the Rev. Woody Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in Corinth Church of Christ Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service and other times at the home of Robin and Wayne Reid. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Resident's Council of Village Care in King or to the cemetery fund of Corinth Church of Christ in Germanton. The family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Village Care in King for all they have done during Juanita's time there. (Winston-Salem Journal (NC) ~ June 3, 2007)
