Description	:	Delia Van De Berg, 89, of Sioux Center died Monday, Jan. 20, 1997 at the Sioux Center Community Health Center. Services were held on Wednesday, Jan, 22 at 10:30 a.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Sioux Center. A memorial service followed at 11:00 a.m. at the First Reformed Church in Sioux Center. Rev. She married Henry R. Van De Berg on Jan. 24, 1931 in Sioux Center. Mrs. Van De Berg was a member of the First Reformed Church of Sioux Center and the Naomi Circle. Survivors include five daughters and their husbands, Elma R. and Lloyd Van Roekel of Sioux Center, Verna and Arend Sandbulte of Duluth, Minn., Eldora and Harold Van Zandbergen of Hospers, Hendrene and John Zoet Jr. of Hull, and Ardith Van De Berg of Sioux Center; three sons and their wives, Harold and Joan of Garretson, S.D., and Ralph and Mary and Wilmer and Wynetta, all of Sioux Center; 28 grandchildren; 51 greatgrandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; four sisters, Cornelia Kroon, Margaret Voortman, Bernice Baker and Clarence Kroon, all of Sioux Center; and two brothers, Richard of Sioux Center and the Rev. William of Hampton. She was preceded in death by her husband; a grandson; two sisters, Gertrude and Marilyn; and two brothers, Neal and Gerrit. Sioux County Capital 1997-01-30.
