Read More	DELMOS RUSSELL WRIGHT MARCH 16, 1942 - JANUARY 12, 2017 Delmos Russell Wright, 74, of Elyria, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017, at his residence, after a brave battle with cancer. Delmos was born March 16, 1942, in Friendsville, Maryland, he was the son of the late Simon Russell and Edna (Humberson) Wright. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Lambert L. Wright. He attended Garrett County, Maryland schools until his senior year, when his family moved to Akron, Ohio, and he graduated from Buchtel High School. He worked as a barber in both Akron and Cleveland before embarking on a career in sales and sales management. He lived for many years in Cleveland Heights, where he was a dedicated volunteer leader in cub scouts and boy scouts, both at the troop and the district level. He was awarded the District Award of Merit for his service. One of his proudest accomplishments was when both his sons achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. Delmos enjoyed all outdoor activities, especially fishing and camping with his sons. After ten years in Palm Harbor, Florida, Delmos moved to Elyria, Ohio. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Leeanne (Musser) Wright; sons, Peter R. Wright (Eileen) of Billings, Montana and Andrew H. Wright (Carol) of Elyria, Ohio, and grandchildren Ethan R. Wright of Denver, Colorado; Leah T. Wright of Billings, Montana; Garrett R. Wright of Elyria, Ohio; Matthew G. Wright of Elyria, Ohio; brother, Gordon L. Wright of Friendsville, Maryland, and sisters, Delores Shade of Frederick, Maryland and Elsie Rabago of Mountain View, California. Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 943 Second Ave., Friendsville, on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 from 10-11 a.m. Services will follow in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jonathan Moon officiating. Interment will be in the Blooming Rose Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to: Havanese Angel League Organization, P.O.
