Description	:	Delores I. "Dee" Taggart, 74, of Reynolds, died at 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at her residence. She had been in failing health for the last 3 months. She was born Nov. 27, 1933, in Hettinger, N.D., to the late Lawrence and Margaret Gustin. She was a 1951 graduate of Hettinger High School. Her marriage was to William M. "Bill" Taggart on Feb. 12, 1955, in Houston, Texas. He survives. Mrs. Taggart was the bookkeeper at TMP Manufacturing in Reynolds, a business she owned and operated with her husband. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Reynolds. She enjoyed fishing,... Read More	Delores I. "Dee" Taggart, 74, of Reynolds, died at 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at her residence. She had been in failing health for the last 3 months. She was born Nov. 27, 1933, in Hettinger, N.D., to the late Lawrence and Margaret Gustin. She was a 1951 graduate of Hettinger High School. Her marriage was to William M. "Bill" Taggart on Feb. 12, 1955, in Houston, Texas. He survives. Mrs. Taggart was the bookkeeper at TMP Manufacturing in Reynolds, a business she owned and operated with her husband. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Reynolds. She enjoyed fishing, flowers, gardening and baking. Surviving with her husband are a son, Bob Taggart (wife: Johanna) of Fort Worth, Texas; four daughters, Cindy Ciechanowicz (husband: David) of Plainfield, Judy Clark (husband: Kevin) and Kathy Ruemler (husband: Joe), both of Wolcott and Susan Taggart of West Lafayette; one brother, Don Gustin (wife: Jan) of South Dakota; and four sisters, Irene Knutson and Patty Ellefson (husband: Ed), both of North Dakota, Loretta Thorsten of Montana and Peggy Schiller of Washington. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, Samantha, Katie, Ryan, Sarah, Allison, Kelly, Stacy, Kendra, Maggie, Jessy, Casey and Mischel.
